Our clothing is made of a variety of soft, stretchy material. To name a few; Liverpool knit, Double Brush knit, and Baby French terry knit. Most of the fabrics are a blend of some of the following; Polyester, Rayon, Spandex, Cotton, and Lycra.

You may return any item granted that it is within the 30 days that you purchased it. You may email us for an address to return your item to. You can only be refunded if we receive the item, and the item is in its original packaging. For more information, visit the Refund and Returns Policy page.

Each of our products are hand sewn and shipped out of our own home in Pennsylvania, USA. 

Since we can’t verify if the item washing instructions were followed; once an item has been washed it is considered ineligible to return or refund. The item washing instructions are found on the product info page sent along with your item. Lost the paper? No problem! We can send you a copy by email, or you can just check the product on our store to find washing details.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

As soon as your order arrives, please check it for any defects, stains, or holes. If you find something wrong with your item, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. By giving a description of the problem and photo evidence, you can receive a refund for your purchase.

The length of shipping time depends on where the product is going. Most items can arrive within a week, but keep in mind that over holidays, shipping may slow down. If you are wondering when your package will arrive, you can go to your order confirmation email and click Track Package.

Depending on how popular the item is, we may or may not restock items that have sold out. By signing up to receive an email newsletter from us, you can see when things are restocked, when there’s a sale, or when there are new items!

Since the items in the Seconds category are already marked down significantly, we do not accept returns, and we do not give refunds for these items. The purchase of a Seconds item is final.

We draw our ideas on paper then digitally draw them with a smart pad and computer. We then choose the colors and sizes we want and send it to our print provider to print the tees. When you place an order we get notified and the print provider gets notified. They then print the product and ship it straight to you.

While we do not do custom printing on a big scale, you are welcome to send in your ideas for a shirt or sweatshirt. We can then make/draw it to the best of our ability and make it live so you can buy it. Please note that it may not be exactly what you imagined or wanted but we will do our best.

On most of our products there is a size chart with measurements or age categories. For all the tees & hoodies there is a measurement chart with all of the sizes listed. For the dresses there is a size chart as well. Headbands and scrunchies are on a one size fits all basis. There are approximate measurements for these items as well.
